Our Patient Group (PG) is a group of volunteer patients, who work alongside the practice to help improve services and ensure that the patient voice is heard.
The PG provides feedback, shares ideas, and acts as a link between patients and the practice, helping to shape services that meet the needs of our community.
We are keen for the group to reflect the wide range of patients registered at the practice. We welcome people of all ages and backgrounds, including young people, working-age adults, parents and carers, older poeple. A broad range of experiences and perspectives helps a better understand of the needs of all the surgery’s patients.
Any patient registered with the surgery is welcome to join. We meet every 2 months here at the surgery. Whether you would like to attend meetings regularly, contribute occasionally, or simply receive updates, we would be delighted to hear from you.
To find out more or to join the PG, please contact secretaryhatfield@outlook.com or fill in the form at reception for a PG member to contact you.
